How do I get rid of Gutenberg?

There are many, many reasons why people currently want to deactivate Gutenberg:

1) The framework is still in its infancy stages and there are many, many, many bugs still left to work out.

2) For existing WordPress sites, Gutenberg may not be fully compatible with your Theme, or Page Builder.

3) There are other, much better, more popular block-based page builders other than Gutenberg.

In order to revert back to your previous page/post editor and disable Gutenberg: you should install the Classic Editor Plugin.

This should restore functionality for some Page Builders and themes. You can still use other page editors such as Elementor, WP Bakery, or Beaver Builder.
